At LAVA TREE STATE PARK you will be amazed by the exotic landscape that includes lava tree molds of petrified trees. (5 Min.)

Visit the STEAM VENTS and treat yourself to a relaxing sauna in steamy natural lava caves. (10 Min.)

KEHENA BEACH is clothing optional and if your lucky you may get a chance to swim with the dolphins that visit here daily. (15 Min.)

Witness the power of Pele! Just a few minutes away lava (as of August 2005) is pouring into the ocean. You can drive to see the steam plume and park and hike to feel the heat of real lava. An easy 1/2 day trip from Hale Nahele.
